Installation is very straightforward, and the posts are labeled for their position in the layout. A tips sheet is included.

Just a simple layout sketch with the rough measurements for each section. A few pics will help too.

Usually within 2 weeks for larger orders. Smaller orders, made of in stock items are typically shipped within a week.

The first shipment will include all labeled posts, the top rail, floor lags screws with a special driver bit, top rail screws, installation tips page, and instructions for cable measurements needed.

The next shipment will be the custom cut and fitted cables, tensioner fittings, installation tips page, and a cable tensioning Allen tool.

A free phone app will be sent to you, along with a demo pic on how to use and read the app. Just send a text message back with the reading. Thats all the info needed for the stair posts to be cut and welded to your exact stair angle.

Once the quote has been finalized and accepted, the quote is simply converted to an invoice with a payment link.

Many will install this themselves as an easy to assemble DIY project.

Tools needed are- Cordless drill. 2 foot level. Tape measure. Maybe a helper.

Just the simple Allen tool that is supplied. Possibly a pliers to grip and hold the cables while tensioning.
